Policy Template Library
This is a repository of all of the currently reviewed and most up-to-date template policies prepared by the Nightline Association’s Policy Team.
We are in the process of migrating our template library, so our policy template collection will grow as further policy templates are migrated.

- Third Party Disclosure Policy - There are certain circumstances under which your Nightline may be obliged to or choose to disclose information outside the organisation.
- Unintentional Harm Policy - Some volunteers may encounter callers who report harming themselves. This harm could be intentional, such as purposeful cuts, or unintentional, such as accidental burns or falls.
- Unintentional Overdose Policy - A volunteer must be able to distinguish whether an overdose was intentional, requiring suicide guidance, or unintentional and requiring alternative safeguarding procedures.
